Four card keno gone??

Some friends went to local casino, Laughlin, and four card keno games were removed from their favorite location in the casino. They asked where did the machines go and were told that they were removing four card keno games from all casinos state wide. Has anyone heard anything like this? Do you think they are removing old machines and they will be replaced by updated four card keno games? I have been to three other casinos and have not seen any machines disappearing. Thanks in advance.

Decided to go to casino and find out for myself what’s going on. I just told by a bartender that someone figured out how to cheat on the IGT machines on four car keno and the state gaming commission stepped in and has instructed all four card keno games to be removed. Can anyone confirm this??

Bad rumor would be nice, but some of the four card keno games have already been removed from some of the machines. I just hope it is only the one casino.

I played 4 card keno about 2 wks ago @ Smith's grocery store. No play recently at any other casino in Las vegas. Once I'm covid negative, will check it out!

KNOW that they removed 4 card cleopatra as there was a "glitch" in the old machines- so you can only play 4 card cleo on the NEW machines. Think the glitch was someone figuring out how to cheat the older style machines. Regular 4 card keno is everywhere. 4 card CLEOPATRA can be found at AVI (only 3 machines at the bar and only 25 cent option), Golden Nugget (5 and 25 cents), and River Lodge (5 and 25 cents). River Lodge (AKA Dottie's) has several. I am sure you can find elsewhere, but this is what I can confirm. AVI was first to pull them all and I guess opted not to replace them. Bummer- love 4 card Cleo.
THIS IS ALL IN LAUGHLIN AND TRISTATE- should be noted.
Also, in November went to the PALMS in Vegas and NEW machine had 4 card CLEO MAX, 4 card keno, and Dream Ball Keno.

Saw people playing four-card on a couple recent videos on YouTube. It's possible they are replacing older machines with newer ones.
