I play 7 numbers on tree cards and eight numbers on the forth card on 4 card keno that works well for me

Any recommendation on the best Keno game?

20 card keno is my favorite. I play 5's, 6's and 7's and have hit big many time. I may throw in an 8-spot once in a while, too.

Card A - 8 Spot - 16, 17, 26, 27, 36, 37, 46, 47
Card B - 9 Spot - 16, 17, 18, 26, 27, 28, 36, 37, 38
Card C - 8 Spot - 17, 18, 27, 28, 37, 38, 47, 48

Sticking with whatever pattern/numbers you like! It is supposed to be random, but it seems that not changing your numbers might help? . Who knows! Any time any of your numbers HIT, those are YOUR lucky numbers.

My personal pattern is I play whatever pattern is on the machine selected from previous player no matter how crazy it looks. Hit my two biggest handpays that way. Give it a try

I usually do a QP and then look to see what pattern the computer likes. I hit 7/7 within about 200 plays. I like overlapping most numbers to try to max return if the machine has a required payout algorithm.
