Should Be A Not-So-Favorite Casino Forum!

Ok, I swore we would not go back to the Harrahs Cherokee. But it was our anniversary so we gave it one more shot.
We stayed in the new Creek Tower. The rooms are impressive. This is the first hotel we have ever stayed at that had a door bell! I still do not like the layout. Depending on where your room is, you may have a long walk to the casino.
As for the gambling, we are probably 95% video poker players. The DDBP machines at the bars were 6/5 machines. On the floor, they were mostly 8/5. I seen DB machines at 9/6. Our 2 previous trips to this casino were not very good and a lot of the machines had mechanical problems.
To make a long story short, there were no improvements made with the machines. Just about every poker machine I sat down at had some mechanical malfunction, if it wasn't a broken button, the player card reader was broke, or the bill acceptor didn't accept.
I don't know about you but this made me very aggravated, expecially while we were getting killed! I feel the casino doesn't care because they are the only game in town in the N.C. area. The less they pay for machine maintenance, the better their bottom line.
I definately will not be going back there, especially when we will be getting a Casino Boat nearby (North Charleston, SC).
Anyway, I am looking for some good email addresses that I can email a nice compaint letter. All I have is the "Contact Us" link from the website. I would really like to email the Cherokee tribal leaders to let them know the shody job Harrah's is doing for them.
Thanks,
Ray
