Just noticed you sent me a message (not sure when). Since I am not gold, I can't read it. Thus no reply. My apologies
The PM that I sent to you was in regard to your experiences at Ak-Chin. Here is the text of the PM...

I saw your post in Forum..
"While the bingo and buffet personnel are terrific, we have almost stopped going to Ak Chin as other casinos in metro Phoenix are much more welcoming. We have conveyed our feelings to management via surveys and conversations with local Total Rewards staff but the latter seem to have little or no effect. "

The GM at Ak-Chin is Robert Livingston. I met him on my visit there this year. I am convinced that he would love to hear your feedback on those experiences. Sometimes, the word never makes it up the chain where something can be done.

Thanks. We actually decided a few weeks ago to give Ak Chin another chance. Did both Bingo and VP. The Bingo staff are still terrific. For various reasons, however, we prefer the bingo experience at other local casinos. As for VP, we had no interactions with casino staff while there. We will go back again in the future but Ak Chin is no longer one of our top choices in metro Phoenix for VP. Next time we are there, I will see if Mr. Livingston is around and will give him feedback if possible.
