Downstream / Indigo Sky OK?

Sweet C and I are headed to Missouri and stay at the Downstream Casino where we've done well in the past. We thought we would also check out the Indigo Sky south of Downstream. Anyone played Downstream or Indigo Sky recently. VPFree2 is indicating Downstream doesn't have quality VP but last year we found several good pay tables.

No electronic bingo cards right?
Oklahoma is one of those states than can have either...
And their laws just mention that games of skill are allowed and thats it...bleh. Given what is seen at Winstar though, it's probably Class III if you don't see a bingo card. But I would be more confident in many other states.

Downstream is Class III but Indigo Sky has both Class II and Class III.
