First Minn. casino settles with City of Duluth

The Minneapolis Star Tribune reports today the City of Duluth will drop its legal proceedings against the Fond-du-Luth casino in return for an annual payment of $150k and the Fond du Lac tribe's agreement to adopt the city's zoning and planning guidelines. The new agreement is renegotiable in ten years.
