I called the NY gaming commission recently and got confirmation they are RNG. I’m going tuesday and will report back on their vp selection.

Just got back from my trip to Rivers. They have one section of 6 machines that offer over 99% payback but they give zero comp points or free play. There’s also a row of machines with a .25 denom progressive royal right outside the sportsbook that had a royal over $2,000. Other than that, the rest of the machines pay garbage. 96% on average. My suggestion is to hit up the progressive machines if the royal is over $2,000. It brings the payback up to over 99%, maybe even over 100% on J/b and you get comps for your play on these machines.

this is why their earnings have been below average. the casino sucks !
