any michiganders out there? soaring eagle has been my casino of choice for about three years. but things are getting worse for top players, in my opinion. anyone know for sure what is going on?

I'm having a great year at the Eagle, 17 royals on over 1 million coin in.Am only 1 royal away from being even for the year.

I guess you need to say more about what you mean by "worse" The player club changes bother me the most. The top tier got free play and food vouchers every week. Now all the other tiers get the same perk as before the got it every 15 days. There is not that much extra left to be top tier. Ya I can get all the tickets, steak dinners and rooms I want from my host, but that only goes so far.

based on comp #'s you posted on another thread,you must be top diamond at the eagle. my comment about changes was based on conversations with diamond hosts.changes in player ratings has something to do with averaging player sessions which penalizes players who move around.but hosts are vague and giving mixed stories.all I know for sure is my mailer,like yours, cut my free play and and made the free room offer unknown until you call.these changes are not setting well after $1,000,000 coin in for the last six months.am going nose-to-nose with them at the new years eve two dayer.maybe you might be inclined to do same? message and-or meet would be appreciated.
