Are there any video poker machines at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans?

Probably not, no. Caesars has a casino on Canal St. in New Orleans though. Best of luck to you.

I'm curious. Why would there be video poker machines at the Superdome? Louisiana and the nearby Mississippi coast have plenty of casinos, but I don't go to the Dome to gamble....

If anything exists, I think it would be inside the bars or restaurants, inside the Dome.
As of the most recent annual report, Orleans parish had 737 (non-casino) video poker devices in 209 locations. See page 15 of the PDF:

Payback on these games is bad afaik. According to ACG, max return for non-casino video poker is 94%.
