I never get free slot play offers more than $25 or so. But this one looks like it might be hard to pass up.
 
My tax witholdings are out of whack this year for a number of reasons and i might get a big refund.
 
This offer is for free slot credits if i cash my refund check at the cage at the Palazzo or Venetian while I stay there.  Slot play is based on the size of the refund check and it looks like i could get as much as $1500 or $2500 in free slot play! (the max of the offer)
 
I am thinking this would be worth making a trip to Vegas even though I don't have another one planned at this time. I would have to stay there one night, but might stay more since i also have room offers for 2-4 free nights. Plus friends and family can stay cheaper too. I haven't gotten an offer this sweet from anyone else.
 
$1500-$2500 in slot play is a big deal for me. I have to redeem by May 31 and i still haven't filed my taxes so i'd have to hope my refund comes fast.

You don't need to walk around with all that cash. If your bank has a branch in Vegas you could deposit it there, or all the casino have safes. Some have them both in your room and at the hotel desk. Your choice.

Yes, when i said walking around with the cash, I meant simply from the cage to my car to the bank.

That's always good advice.  You could also let Eduardo borrow a couple of your people for extra security.

Does this offer sound like a no-brainer or is there something i need to look out for when it comes to slot credits? I've never cashed one in for more than $25, which was always just put on my card and i could play it in. Is that how they always work, even on large amounts? You don't have to stake any cash for these "credits" I assume?
 
The other option is Table Match Play which would require you to stake the cash but receive double the earnings (I will not take this option).
 
It would seem that if I were to play this in wisely I would come away with a nice chunk of change, even with the limited pay tables available.

I've had up to $500 on my player card and know a woman who had 2K put on her card. It's a nice option if you don't want to carry around a chunk of change and aren't prone to losing your player card. BTW, mag strips on the player cards and cell phone batteries don't get along too well so it's best to keep them apart. Match play coupons are always a good deal as long as you intended to play the tables in the first place. Many casinos offer coupon books or sheets but you gotta ask!

Eduardo I have found a couple casinos that make you put up your own money first when it comes to slot credits. This means that if you have $100.00 in slot credits then you have to first put $100.00 in to the machine and when you play your money it refunds your buy in at the end of the play plus whatever win you may have in the hand. Always read the fine print ... however, if this is like normal freeplay, you put in your card, hit a couple of buttons and download the credits to your machine. You usually have to play it through one time.
