Well it's interesting. On the strip itself, some of the only places to find a good pay table are in high limit rooms. For instance bellagio has 9/6 job, good bonus poker and ddb in the high limit room, but not at lower amounts.


 
But the places who seem to cater more to locals off-strip have even better pays at the quarter level. I think the high limit pays at these places are also probably as good as or better than most strip properties though.
 
So while the highest pays at a place may be reveresed, the off strip places are better all around for pay tables. But not in all cases.

Sam's Town has full pay duces wild (100.17) .25 cents near arcade. 10 machines.

The hubby got a royal flush on those machines last trip out.
