Video Poker Forum

Hello all,
I have been coming to the forum for awhile now and have enjoyed the discussions, pictures, etc. but until now I have never posted. I am planning a trip soon to Atlantis in the Bahamas and was wondering if anyone knows what type of video poker games are available in the casino, especially multi hand games. I would appreciate any info. Thanks.

Hi BookLover, I was at the Atlantis in May and played a little. The casino is very nice, and not crowded (at least it wasn't in May).  Not great pay schedules, similar to what you find on the strip, but you pay no taxes there (no G statements no matter what the jackpot).  The best pay schedules I found were on the multihand machines (10 coins) straight down the middle of the casino about 1/2 way through on the left (it's not a real big casino).  These machines have several different games including DW (my husband hit the deuces right off).  They had a good variety of games and the staff is great.
 
I hope you enjoy your stay as much as my family and I did - it truly is an amazing place and we are looking forward to going back.

Thanks.  I'm glad they have a few machines I like.  I'm really looking forward to the trip.  I've heard great things about the resort.  No tax forms on jackpots is a very pleasant surprise!
