We were there about a week ago. They still have them against the wall in the high limits room. There are four of them. Two that have the 9/6 JOB and two that have 9/5 JOB. Around the corner from them there are some more that I do not play which I believe also have the 9/6 JOB multi-line. I saw several hand pays on them while I was there. They also had some $5 single line 9/6 JOB across the street at Harvey's in their high limit room.

For the time being, of all the CET properties I play at Tahoe has the best overall video poker. I used to like my home property Bossier City La. as well or better, but with the recent upgrade to the new IGT machines all but a few of the favorable pay tables have gone away.

they are still $10 per tier credit?   I hate that some casinos upped it to $25 per tier credit

Yes. All VP I played at both Harrah's and Harvey's was at $10 per credit.

I just got back from Lake Tahoe.  I can confirm that they have a bunch of 9/6 multi-line games for $10/credit.  Thanks chattycatty for your info.

It went pretty well.  I played a ton.  I did get one royal, and ended up only losing a little.  I earned a bunch of points.  I plan on going again next month. How often do you go to Tahoe?

We usually go once maybe twice in the winter. As beautiful as Tahoe is in the winter, we enjoy it more in the summer. Where we live in Northeast Texas, the summers are hot and humid. It is not uncommon to have temperatures and humidity levels hovering around 100 for weeks at a time. July through mid September are brutal in our area.

This summer we are for sure going to the celebrity golf event in mid July. We went a couple of years ago and really enjoyed. This year they are having Carrie Underwood one night and Zak Brown another night for their featured entertainment. The only downside of this event is that it is extremely crowded. Additionally our casino host gets us free passes to the golf event and we are able to walk around the course and mingle with the celebrities. They also have a viewing area set up at the par 3 17th hole ( the one along the shore of Lake Tahoe). At both the tee box and the green, the viewing area has elevated seating plus food and beverages.

We are also going a couple of weeks later to see Journey / Steve Miller Band in Concert. Also deciding on one other trip later in August to see Rascal Flatts or the Eagles over Labor Day weekend.

I guess we ought to move there. And contrary to what other people say the VP there is as good or better than anything else being offered at any of the CET properties. We only gamble at CET properties so we can make it cost efficient to reach 7 star status and get all the free trips etc. etc. etc.

I glad you had a good trip. Which casino do you like the most? Harvey's or Harrah's?
