The Northside Cannery isn't bad. I don't know about the Cannery on the East side.

Anyone ever play at the Rampart. Reviews are mixed. Staying at RR but might try a few other places close by.

kjohn - Played at Rampart 2 years ago. In my opinion, you can pass it up. You might want to try Suncoast instead - it's in the same neighborhood, and only a 5 minute ride from Red Rock.

I second the Suncoast....stayed there a couple years ago and they have a great selection of VP games....lots of progressives if I remember right.

I have done pretty good at Suncoast. When I lived on that side of town it was my most visited casino.

I would say Red Rock is my favorite place for video poker. Binions in downtown Vegas is my second favorite although I did hit a royal once at Bally's so that would be my third favorite!

Station casinos have the best paytables and a lot of locals go there. I found as an out of towner that I didn't get any offers. My favorite for video poker is Four Queens, downtown. They have better pay tables at their two bars than anywhere on the strip. They also have 9/6 JOB and 8/5 BP.

I see a lot of locals at South point and the Palms.

I agree with any who said the Station casinos. I used to love to go to Boulder Station on Saturday nights, they have a great band called Yellow Brick Road, lots of fun! The VP machines are great, too.
