I get a screen that tells me the session has timed out.
Suggests, perhaps it is a new day.(Looked outside, nope same day)
Tells me I can only play in one window at a time. This happened yesterday but I thought is was because I was using simultaneous local provider log ins so the wife and I don't have to keep loging out than on. Today we were not doing that. The problem starts with the high score section going away first.

Just got the Session Timed out thing again. The only other thing I see when it does it, is B-Safe Online shuts down on me too.

The following are the cases where you should get that message:1) You have a game open in more than one window or tab, or on more than one computer. Obviously this would pose problems if people were playing the game simultaneously on the same username. If you have different usernames this will not be an issue.2) You leave a game open overnight and resume play in the morning. You need to start a new session as the scores are tabulated daily.3) In some cases you will see this message if you hit the "back" button to return to a game window from an expired session. Refreshing will correct it.4) Your internet connection loses its signal. You need to remain connected for scores to be tabulated. Again, refreshing once the signal has been re-established will correct this.If none of these are the case, please let me know what game you are playing and what browser. Thanks!

None of the circustances you offer are the case. It happens while your in the middle of playing. I will try to be more attentive of what game it happens in. It is so sudden that one gets befudled and starts clicking on things.
I did find that if I click on the Back arrow in Internet Explore it goes back to the game like nothing happened.
It's not a real biggie, just breaks your cocentration.
Looking at my scores, it could just be trying to tell me something.

Are you on broadband or dial-up? It's also possible that you are getting ahead of the database storage on a slow connection.Let me know and perhaps we can run some tests. I'll bump up the buffer time if needed.

Usually connects somewhere between 49.2 to 52.0

I don't know if this helps, but I do dial-up and get slower connections than what faygo mentioned. I haven't had the timeout error occur at all.

Faygo, let me know what game you are playing when it times out and maybe also do
a test of how many hands/minute you are playing in that game if you could.
Next time it times out, please also copy and paste the entire error message here so I know exactly which one you
are getting. I just added a new error code for the connection error to distinguish it from a "end of day" message. Thanks!
Yes, cddenver, that is encouraging at least. We'll get to the bottom of
this. First we need to determine the cause.
