Founders Card members get Diamond status on a year to year basis. CET offers it to all Founders members for the year. There is a possibility they will not offer it next year, but it's been available for several years now. It isn't just a first year benefit. They simply can't guarantee CET will offer it in the future.
Bottom line is if you are looking for comps, CET is no longer the best place to play.

2500 in a day gets you a 5000 point bonus--halfway to diamond. 5000 gets you 10,000 bonus--diamond in a day. But I know that I don't have the stamina for 5000 in a day--unless I play a $5 machine.

I like Vegas great restaurants (most of our trips revolve around food--well, I guess all of our trips revolve around food). But we can see a show or two, also. And I just like the "electric" atmosphere of Vegas.

All that being said, I live in Atlanta, if there is somewhere that I could go for 2 or 3 days, like Cherokee. Any suggestions are welcome.

I have thought about a founders card, but, 1. Diamond status is only for the year you subscribe, not the following year. And, probably most meaningful, 2. Comps are a function of EV, so the founder's route gets you zero.

As I understand things, EV is a function of statistics, not my individual incompetence. So, losing more doesn't increase my EV. Unless, of course, I am wrong about how Casinos value their customers.

You guys are helping me a lot. I have a long way to go, but I am already seeing some progress.

Well if you can afford playing a $5 machine, It looks like Cherokee has them for full Tier credits. But they apparently don't offer JoB on those, they do offer ACE$ Bonus though. "Not So Ugly Deuces" and Bonus Deluxe are the best choices overall.

Get yourself a copy of Comp City, by Max Rubin.
Most of the plays in it are obsolete, but a creative mind can work up a dozen variations that will work.

Bill, When you get a Founders Club card, do you start with 15,000 Tier Credit points since you are Diamond? You now need 25,000 TCs for free Diamond Lounge access or else they take off 1,000 Reward Credits.

No idea, I don't play much at any CET casinos. The one Diamond Lounge I occasionally frequent, a friend of mine is married to the gatekeeper. How is that for advanced planning?

Sounds like an advantage play!
