Careful with Station Casinos!

I was playing Multi-Strike Five Play at Sunset Station and noticed that I was barely receiving any points. I come to find out now that for every $2 bet now you receive 1 point, where it used to be $1 bet. Sneaky Stations!

Stay away from casinos now. They were closed for over 2 months. Machines will be tight. They have to make up for lost profits....

Station has been on the decline with offers/ promos for a long time now. Always have to read the fine print with a magnifying glass...

Player's Club

$2 Coin-In = 1 Point on Most Video Poker
Cash, Free Play or Comps: 1000 Points = $1 (0.05%)
Over-100% payback games do not earn any points.

The "MyGeneration" program was sliced up too. 1/2 point dining in select restaurants (read the fine print!!) on Wednesdays, 10x slots 6x VP on Thursdays.

Do you mean by reducing pay tables?

Staying away from Station Casinos is probably a good idea. Several casinos have offered generous "we've missed you" promotions. If you pick and choose, there is money to be made

Stations basically gutted Boarding Pass. Practically no difference between Gold and Platinum. No more guaranteed daily 3x point multiplier. Will not be surprised to see the paytables take a slight hit, too.

Bob,

I am a "local" in Vegas. My closest casinos are Boulder Station and Sam's Town but I am willing to venture to others. Stations and Boyd's promotions have certainly gone downhill over the past year. Which casinos do you think have the best promotions right now?

Thanks.
