Question about 9/5 $1 JOB machine at Caesars LV

Is the Spin machine that had $1 9/5 JOB no longer there? Am in Vegas (for 1st time since last November) and checked out the Caesars high-limit room where I've always liked to play the Spin machine that has $1 9/5 JOB (as indicated on VPFree) but the odds are now 8/5. Does anyone know if this machine was moved? There was a similar machine at Planet Hollywood but that casino is closed. Any other CET properties have $1 9/5 JOB?

Wow! 9/5. What about 9/6? Is this the way of the world now? Sorry, I can’t answer for Vegas casinos.

I saw the two $1 Spin Poker 9/5 JoB machines at Caesars Palace about two weeks ago. There are two high limit rooms and these are upright machines against the wall in the larger of the two high limit rooms. One is an All Star Poker machine and the other only has Spin Poker on it. Do these sound like the machines you looked at? Maybe you were looking for the one Spin Poker Super Times Pay machine in the smaller of the two high limit rooms. It was downgraded more than a year ago.
If you search for 9/5 JoB in Las Vegas on vpFREE2 you will find a few other CET casinos with this paytable.

You're right sir - I got the two high limit rooms confused. I was looking for that spin poker machine in the smaller room as I've more often than not done well on it. The last time I played it was back in 2019 last year so yeah they must've downgraded it since then. In any case I found the other 9/5 machines you were referring to in the other high limit room and played those tonight. Thanks.

I tried 9/5 JOB at Tropicana AC yesterday. I will not make a habit of it. Scary roller coaster.

AC has alot of 9/6 JOB !! Why would u play 9/5 ?? is there a doctor in the house ???

I've played a lot of 9/5 JoB at Caesars properties in Las Vegas. For three or four years, the theoretical for the game was set to about 4% (on a game where the actual theoretical was closer to 1.5%), and if you played about $130K in one day (for an expected loss of a little more the $2,000), you'd get $3,500 in free play. You could do this twice a month. Quite lucrative while it lasted.
At these properties, since 9/5 Job earns points at $10 per and 9/6 JoB earns points at $25-$50 per, for the right kind of points promotion, 9/5 can still be a better game to play than 9/6 on occasion.
Pay schedules are important --- but learning the ins and outs of the slot club is as important.

Maybe true 20 years ago. Absolutely impossible now.
There is no chance you can get 1.6% back from slot club to make it even. Total rewards now is run by some smart people who know the math well.
