Here's a 30/6/5 progressive (96.8% as shown):

Luxury resorts don't need to offer the best paytables.

This is how you know it's a luxury resort:

Lol @ Binions being a "luxury resort."

And that player should've waited until the JP was $5195.01!

I understand Jstark is pulling my chain on this, but this is NOT the kind of situation I was referring to when I suggested waiting to cash in a jackpot. (Nor the game. Binion's has $1 8/5 Bonus. Why play this version of bonus poker?)

Here the player drew to a 1080-to-1 chance at a royal --- and it came in. This is hardly the kind of thing you wait for the meter to rise before drawing. You don't expect this draw to connect --- but occasionally it does.

the example I provided a few weeks ago had a fully dealt jackpot (AWAK in my example), where the meter was a penny or two below where it increased $1). This is not done with a jackpot that locks up when dealt (as a royal would be for this sized game).

These distinctions are important.

The bonus poker games at Venetian paid 125 credits for any quad (again, with no larger payout for 4 aces or four 2-4's). And, this was on a bank of games with denomination choice of $1, $2 or $5.
Garbage
No matter what it was labeled by the casino, a game that pays 125 credits for any quad is JoB, not BP.

I blame the manufacturer for these labeling errors. Curious to know why it's done.

And Bob, thanks for realizing that my above post is in jest and not to be taken seriously.
