Have had my share of redraw royals over the years. What I am way behind on now are the dealt ones. I am not complaining because I have caught Royals recently, but have now gone about I think 7 million hands without one. Had a redraw a couple of months ago. Once in awhile, I play quarter Double Down Stud Deuces wild. Last week a regular playing the same machine 2 spaces over from me told me he caught 2 of them so far this year. He plays 25 quarters at a time, so each one was good for 25 k. Unfortunately, this is only a 97 percent game. 😬
this regular player is maybe using this paytable for camouflage or just likes the game . Vp camouflage is much less effective than 10 or so years ago. Slots were more effective if u had an advantage play Esp @ mohegan sun , again 10 years ago or so was a massive Adv play !!

I use it for camouflage myself knowing that in general, casinos dislike vp players especially AP ones. I was fortunate about 5 years ago to hit the camouflage machine for 18k. The gang has already read that story. I know I am on a watch list of sorts. Why? 90 percent of the slot attendants just pull my card from the machine, enter their code, and apologize for the delay even if there has been none. They just say 7 percent State tax withheld right and then say be right back. They usually are too. All I have to do when they come back is sign the W2G. My ss number is on there when they come back even if I didn’t give it to them. Speaking of camouflage, just pulling into the casino garage now. May play a little DDS before dinner. Its nice when it hits dealt quad deuces. Especially because it pays as much as a Royal on draw poker. The downside is you have to wait long term about 50,000 hands and in the interim get beat up on the rest of the 97 percent paytable.

full p job is 99.54 % but the royal counts for 2% of the return , so until and if u hit that elusive royal every 40k hands or so u r at 97.54% . thats y some call job quicksand !!

Better hit it at max, as my bittersweet RF redraw demonstrated. BP is even worse quicksand. But at least there I can have a nice profitable trip if I do hit a premium quad. I just need one W2 RF to take the rest of the damn year off.

Take the rest of the year off. Use proceeds for travel, investing, etc. He doesn't need to be staring at hands and taking long trips. It's a mug's game.

And you play it - why?

The truest example of insanity?
