Has anyone else ever seen this???

Traveling around I like to stop and check out casinos. I stopped at a smaller Indian casino and found the video poker machines. They were the straight up game kings, no new games with multipliers etc. I sat down and double double bonus was the best so went for that. I noticed the game was dealing me cards and placing hold on certain cards. Now you could change that if you wanted. The strange thing is it was picking all the right hands. As in 100 percent correct playing. Ive trained on the trainer here on the site to learn how to play correctly. Within 15 minutes I hit my four 6's and cashed out and left.. Ive never seen a machine programmed like this before, have you?

Yes, these machines are scattered about the country. Your lucky the place you played at has the correct holds. A place I play at on occasion has this feature. And the auto holds are off sometimes by a large amount.
I think the rules page states something like. The auto hold feature gives you the best chance of wining the hand. However that does not match up with correct strategy.

I agree with Indy in that not all auto holds make the correct play. However I have heard about some that are set up perfectly.

Motorcity Casino had one Spin Poker machine years ago with auto-hold on it. At the time they had 9/6 JoB on them. I cant speak for the accuracy of the other games on it, but the JoB was about 99.999% accurate. One error was it would hold AQ offsuit over Q10 suited with no penalty cards.

Thanks everyone . I did stop and pause each play to check for being correct. I have spent hours on the trainer on this site and even though I still cant hold a 100% for very long, lol, it seemed very accurate. I guess if you are going to go to the casino and have a few drinks this machine would be best for not watching your performance go downhill.

I remember years ago the Raddison in Aruba held the cards. Almost always incorrect. The problem was after a few Aruba Arriba cocktails and a good live Salsa band playing, you just went with the flow. 😬
On the other hand, also many years ago, we had an amazing host at the Wyndham hotel in Aruba. 96 percent machines, but just before you left for the airport to go home, she would give us back in cash everything we lost for the whole week. Their hotel did not hold the cards. Have no idea what it is like down there now. I just know it is outrageously expensive to travel and stay down there.

I've never seen it. It would be interesting to come across though.
