Others who may be more accurate will probably answer but based on the Wizard of Odds the odds are 1:25,000 for a dealt 4K. see the link below:

The odds of dealt natural quads with a 52-card deck are 4164 to 1.13 different ranks x 48 possible single cards = 624. "Odds to one" are calculated per the following: (2,598,960 - 624) / 624Larry, the number you referenced at the Wizard's site (25.0000) was the per coin EV of getting a dealt quad if you were playing Jacks or Better.

I had a rare day last week when I was dealt 6 natural quads in around 4300 hands. Of course, I was playing single line OEJs so each one was only worth 75 credits (never drew a wild card). Yesterday I was only dealt one in 4000+ hands but was lucky to be playing my freeplay (Double A&F) at the time.
The two sessions prior to yesterday really take the cake for unusual. I played about the same number of hands. I had the exact same number of premium hands both times.
RF - 1
WRF - 2
5K - 1
SF - 10
I also ended up only 200 credits different in my final result. Both of my RFs were holding only two cards (AJ of diamonds, AT of clubs). I was also dealt 4RF once each time.

Thanks for the correction. I should have checked more closely Wizards data for clarification of what it was representing before I headed for another task.
