I'm confused , when the VP machine states that it is using ONE 52 card deck, does that mean...
ONE 52 card deck per hand (and then the next hand is dealt from a brand new 52 card deck)?
 
or, is it,
 
ONE 52 card deck is dealt until the deck is exhausted, then reshuffled?

The deck is reshuffled prior to every deal.
