The primary problem with Indian casinos is their regulation is up to each individual state. Some states take this job seriously while others don't. However, Indian casinos want your business. It is not in their best interest to have a poor reputation. Indian casinos report to the National Indian Gamng commission which seeks to create a regulated environment.

Personally,  I have NEVER had a problem in an Indian casino. Most the games are the same ones you will find in LV, AC, etc. To make lots and lots of money does not require cheating. So why would they cheat. In a few cases Indian casinos have been found in violation of state compacts. They have been fined and the situations fixed. By the way, this has also happened in LV and AC.

Indian casinos are all run the same--they exercize total control over all their games. That's exactly the same as you'll find at on-line casinos. Those who play at them--and there are millions--do not wish to think about the possibility of the games being biased. Would you if that's all you had nearby? But thank goodness for common sense for the rest of us who have a choice.
