I was wondering if anyone knows what happens to the hand after you play it? I would guess that it is out of rng until it has dealt all the hands within. (maybe year?)

Uh-oh, if it was me who asked that question the "its this way or the highway" gang here would write dissertations and digs until the end of days. I dont truly know how to answer the question so I hope you get something fair.

I'm not sure what you mean by, "out of the RNG", so I can't comment.I know a lot about RNG's so if you can phrase the question a little different I'll try to answer it.

Simple answer: No. The rng doesn't hold "hands" and remove them from the possibilities until all other hands have occured.  Good randomization allows each hand to have an equal chance at any given time.  You could have 2H 3H 4H 5H 6H dealt to you two times in a row.  Unlikely, but just as likely as 2H 3H 4H 5H 6H followed by 2H 9S 5D JH 2C.

I guess I don't understand how it works.  My thinking was, say rng had 2million hands, it would randomly deal you a hand and you play it, then it would not come out again until all the other hands had randomly been played in the rng. Then it would start over with the 2 million. Eduardo posted that you could be dealt the same hand exact hand back to back.

If it worked like that  it would get less and less "random" and you could "count cards" with outcomes, but that's not how it works.
 What you are talking about does work with each card on the deal though. 1 card is picked out of 52, then REMOVED from the possibilities, then another card is picked from the 51 remaining cards. That is why there are never 2 of the same card on the deal and why your draw cards do not match the deal cards. Of course, the deck is reset after the draw so you could get a 2 of spades on the next deal even if there was a 2 of spades on the previous deal.

Eduardo nailed it. The RNG does not select hands, it select cards. Each card on the deal and draw is purely random which means you could get the same hand back-back, however it is extremely unlikely.
 
In addition, the RNG runs continuously during any and all delays (selecting cards and throwing them away). So, a person adds an additional random variation, that is, they would get different hands by just changing their timing by fractions of a second.
 
I've estimated it's possible that the RNG runs through about 100,000 cards or more every second with today's technology processors.
