  Just started playing JB and have moved on a little to DDB, my question is what to u do when u have 2 low prs, due u drop one and go for quads or hold and go for the FH?

if 1 of those pairs are jacks or better i drop the other pair,otherwise i hold both.

The correct play in both games is to hold two pair in all cases except when you have a pair of aces in DDB. Then, just hold the aces.
