VP players are a stubborn bunch. We tend to play until we absolutely have to quit even if we get a jackpot. While we may not give them a 15% edge, we put in the time and often with large bets. I have left as much as $87,000 in a given year at the casino due to being stubborn and even reckless in my style of playing. If that isn’t enough for them, I don’t what is.

Yeah, I am following in your fraught footsteps the last three trips. Returning a massive win and busting. More straight up busting. They will absolutely wipe us out with our suicidal stubbornness. It's not worth it! If you get killed for an hour, leave. It's not worth risking it all to chase losses. Between the loss chasing and the give backs, they have us hooked. But I absolutely maintain that if I get a Call Attendant win, I will not be calling for a year. I might drop in on the sports book or something. But that's the ultimate revenge hand, and I will fold cold. It's too much stress and ,trouble and more of it is always in the offing upon request.

If only I could be happy playing nickels after a big win. Just can’t seem to do it. Still trying though.

Year has somehow shaped up well for you so far vs MS; more of an SM relationship to date. You have the coolest available machines. Switch games and denominations with incredible latitude. I guess I could do this at Bally's. An hour on quarter, an hour on fifty, an hour on dollar. Beats an hour on dollar and almost busted!

I agree completely with every aspect of what you said ... I have attened a local Native American indian casino for over 20 years { only won I ever attend } I have watched them replace older kineo machines that had good payouts / with much higher bet requirement / penny slots / that have considerable less Jackpots at all levels , on the Machines . I also saw my comps dwindle to a much smaller amount during covid , many of my friends have stoped going ... but my VIP host said they have plenty of folks that are gambling more money { NO BUFFET AND LESS ROOM COMPS }..when well folks get this.
