Invasive full screen ads

Hi Webman, Thank you! It's a fun site and I've learned a lot of useful VP info. and about casino areas I wish to visit. Suddenly three full screen, invasive, negative, unpleasant ads are popping up repeatedly and difficult to clear. They are interfering with my enjoyment of this site, extensively.Can anything be done about them? "One line products savings who makes the best soda", "Hungry? Snickers" and "Pink; Phone". I have tried to ignore them and hoped they would get the hint and disappear. This is NOT happening. Can YOU help? Others must have this same negative experience. Anyone else agree it's time for these full screen ads to go?  Personally, I prefer laugh lines to frown lines!I am reaching the end of my ro....

No, marie... I thank you for reporting this. The ads should never be full screen like that. I will report it to the ad guys right away and hopefully they can track down these specific ads and resolve it first thing in the morning. Don't hesitate to notify me of such things in the future.

I get those stinkin things all the time especially Circuit city, unfortunately, your advertising dept. needs to make money to provide this website since you cannot survive on GOLD memberships alone. Perhaps something less aggressive or one that doesn't sit there and blink like a strobe light or bounce all around to the point of getting seasick or vertigo.

I also need to ask, are these ads you describe here in the forum, or elsewhere on the site?

 These dudes are right here, some full screen and some are 1/4 screen, enough to block out 1/4 of the monitor display. One just came up and stopped me from finishing this sentence. I can sometimes play or read posts on the forum and my spamblocker will be going crazy making noises trying to block all these incoming ads. Mostly no the forum but come up frequently on the play free games page also.

Thank you! Problem appears resolved. I am not seeing any of those full screen ads.

NOW! if you just get rid of those talking ads saying you've won this or that, everything would be groovy again. I can put up with contraceptive ads but not the ones telling me I won a laptop at 0200 AM real loudly. Makes it difficult to sneak in a session of VP late night/early AM.
