In the search for a VP game listing at Wisconsin casinos, Mohican North Star in Wisconsin is listed as in the Black River Falls area.It is actually about 160 miles to the northeast of Black River Falls, approximately halfway between Green Bay and Wausau, the other side of the state.

Mamma, great heads up on the North Star Casino. One of the best casino's in the state. Visit at least once or twice a week. Good video poker, friendly staff, and a new event center featuring some great artists. Comps are much better than some of the other casinos nearby.

Also, this site’s Wisconsin list shows the Mason Street Casino as being in Petrskey which use to be shown on this sites Michigan list. The Mason Street Casino is actually an Oneida casino that is located in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

There is a third casino in Green Bay that is not listed at this time. It is also an Oneida casino and is located along with a bingo hall a few blocks west of the main Oneida airport casino.
It is called the IMAC (Irene Moore Activity Center)

The IMAC currently has:
1 – STP machine,
1 – DSTP machine,
4 – Ultimate X Machines,
and multiple other single line machines.

IMAC is actually in Oneida and their is actually another casino on the corner of Packerland and Waube ln. in Ashwaubenon.

I didn't see any data for the LCO (Lac Courte Oreilles) Casino near Hayward, either.I know they have VP since a neighbor of mine saw it there.
