Account problem

Some deducted players point from my account. Yesterday I had over 110000 points today I have 69000.
I didn't redeem any players points.
If you could look into it, I would appreciate it.

Seems like your technical department or whoever maintains your site doesn't care. That's okay, but have the courage to say it out loud, not just ignore a legitimate concern.
