Video Poker Forum

I am having problems getting into forum to read or input my problems. my technical support question was answered with another question but i can not look at the question. my husband can on his computer but i can not with mine.  the envelope to (my session is timed) out has a lock on it. Also says moved on it,  i can not access it.  Anyways, when I was playing 100 draw poker, all of a sudden a message appeared and read: This Session has expired: Perhaps it is a new day and time to start again. ect..... i had a problem with this same game before and it was fixed. Now it won't let me play that game cause it brings up that message all the time. 
 
This is my favorite poker game, would like to still play it.
