You definitely might see games stutter or the animations not play as smoothly while ads are playing or loading. For the best performance, you would want to choose one of our options without ads.
Otherwise, you might need to reload your browser occasionally if resources are being consumed over time. With thousands of people playing for free every day, very few have reported these problems. When we do get complaints, it is usually a bad ad that makes its way into the mix. If a particular ad causes problems actually playing a game, then we do our best to remove it (as seen above).
I'm sorry you're experiencing this but I'm not sure what else to suggest to improve your performance. You have taken most of the steps I would suggest.

Although, the "Ads" pirate some much of the Resources, you CANNOT play!
This seems like a SCAM to goad you into a Paying Membership!

I’m sorry you’re not having a good experience. Some people believe it is worth paying for the memberships to play without ads, others do not. Considering how many people play for free, I don’t see many others complaining.
The cost is very low for the silver membership, less than 3 bucks a month. But I can understand not wanting to pay.
Since you feel like you are “paying” by virtue of having ads, you need to decide if it is “worth it” to you to play in that way. If not, you do not have to and you have other options.
If you are following all the steps you listed before, I’m not sure what else you can do to improve the experience (other than buy another device such as an ipad, but that would be an expensive endeavor).

I am Paying by "Watching" the ads!
This seems like a PLOY to goad Members into paying for their Membership!
In other words = SCAM!

I've been a member of this site for many, many years. In that time you may be the only one who has called this site a scam. So, you have several paths to choose from:
1 - pony up the cash for a silver membership, at the very least, and the ad issues will disappear.
2 - continue on this site without paying for a membership and keep grumbling about the ads.
3 - leave.
