ask the experts is not up to date it appears to have been abandoned since 2019
You must only be looking at the Featured Question up top. There are other answered questions since then if you scroll down.
Additionally, some questions/answers are sent only to the individual asking them depending on whether we feel there is value in other people reading the response.
Having said that, questions don't get asked too frequently and it should be noted that the feature is only for strategy questions. Sometimes people submit other types of questions through this feature, but such questions should instead be sent through support@videopoker.com or they may not be answered.
