Ad is frozen and does not play, can't get to game.

Are you still experiencing this or did it resolve itself?

Still happening on ad that begins with woman's face and is blurry also.

This is a video ad that appears before the game? Even if the video does not play, a button should appear after about 30 seconds to continue to the game. Try waiting a full 30 seconds and let me know if that happens.

Either way, we will try to find the ad you describe to have it removed. Any other details you can provide (such as the advertiser) would be helpful. But if it's not playing, that may be hard to tell.

I have waited but it never loads the game, which today is the ultimate x one. The ad might be a sunglass ad, that showed up when I clicked on the frozen picture, but still no route to the game.

Above the ad, a red button should appear after about 30 seconds.

Yes, I know that red button that lets you go to the game. It doesn't show up with this ad, have waited minutes.
