Anyone else having ongoing issues with the site freezing up. It's been ongoing for a while now, often between the deal and the draw. I sometimes get a message saying it's trying to reconnect to the server.

I'm not aware of anyone else reporting these issues lately so most likely it's something to do with your connection. Even if most websites appear to operate normally, playing games requires a constant connection so any lags are much more noticeable.

The best place to start is a good reset. Unplug your modem and router for a full 60 seconds, then plug them back in. While you're waiting for those to come back online, restart your computer. This usually fixes things for people but if it doesn't let me know and we can dig deeper into your connection and settings.

Just completely unplayable anymore. Not woth any hassles. It's FASTER to shuffle and deal out a physical deck.

What type of device are you playing on? Desktop computer?

Mobile (android). It started yesterday. Tried all sorts of things. Nothing helps. Each hand take 20 seconds to play. And that's just playing the single line games.

Can you email a screenshot? Possibly a certain ad or ad type is causing issues.

The problem is the embedded ads. The techs should figure out a way where you watch an ad or two after a certain amount of hands or a certain time length, like it did for the mobile app.
