While p[laying 100 poker game, super aces, my score changed from 65,000 to 35,000. I would like to know why for no apparent reason other then my score on the top ten list froze and when you updated it, you deducted approximately 30,000 credits.
 
I'm playing on a PC, we recebtly chose to cancel our subscription, which ends 6/30/08, we have recently tried to cancel the cancellation notice but you do not have a means to do this.
 
If this is the way our going to treat your customers, deducting credits already scored then there will be no reason for us to renew our subscription.

We'll look into this bug immediately. It certainly is not something that was done intentionally.Did your score within the game window go down by 30,000 or only within the top scores to the right?Did it happen right when you were playing the game, or when you left and then came back?As for your cancellation, you can always resubscribe after your subscription expires and your stats will remain intact.

I believe the issue has been corrected. Please let us know.
