gold membership w/ ads

I have a gold membership and have had ads for the tourney since last wednesday...I sent an email and have gotten no response...please help

Are you able to chat? Is the frame around the game gold, or silver?

I know she is able to chat, WebMan. Can't answer the frame color question.

Billyjoe, I was able to chat with her about the problem. It sounds like she has spyware that is loading the ads into the scoreboard area, because she was seeing a gold frame and all the contest art above the game, which is only visible to gold members.

Whoever invents these spyware programs needs to go to jail for a long, long time. They are truly a plague on innocent people.
