adobe flash

I downloaded it it is not active. Tried to delete says it cannot because internet explorer is running it is not. I have windows vista home edition. Went to adobe help they want forty bucks just to talk to them.

If it says it's running but it's not, it probably means the IE process is stuck running. Reboot to clear out the process.Then return to removing/reinstalling flash player.

I have tried at least a dozen times still will not working.even deleted security software. programs has it listed as being there. go to play contest it wants me to redownload. I go to download the download manager even says its there asking if i want to redownload. i am at a loss.

what happens when you visit this page? Does it tell you a version number you have installed?http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/

no it does not the advertisments are blank also grey boxes

It sounds like your flash player has been severely corrupted. I'm sure you have probably done each of these steps at least once, but try in this exact order. I think your next step needs to be1) Download the removal tool but do not run it. Save to your desktop.2) Reboot (again) to make sure flash is not running.3) Run the removal tool4) Reboot (again)5) Try again to install flash player.Complete removal tool for step 1 is here:http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flas ... stallation for Step 5 is here:http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

it did not work i am going to bed try again in the morning good night . attempted what you suggested it did not work. tried several times same results as before

I'm not sure if this is related to the topic here but for at least a couple weeks every time I try to open 3-6-9 Keno on this site I get the Adobe Flash crashed message.  There is nothing wrong with my Flash.  All other Keno and VP games run fine.  It is only this one Keno game that fails to run.  Please check on whether the problem is with your site and advise.  Thanks.
