nobody wins anything with players club points you can use them at the vp store

Yes. In the vp store is a trip to vegas. If I win 3.000.000 points can I receive this?

Players Club points can be redeemed for 3 Free Nights at the MGM Signature in Las Vegas. However, this does not include airfare to Las Vegas. If you will be in Las Vegas, then yes you may redeem your points for the 3 night stay.Reservations are subject to availability.
