The website indicates that Basic and Silver can play challenges, however, no challenges actually show up to play. When I (silver member) start a challenge, they also do not show up for anyone to play. Was this actually happening awhile ago and since discontinued and website not updated? or can we participate in challenges?

Basics and silvers can try challenges now until they have won that
challenge type. So you can do a personal challenge until you have earned
the personal challenge achievement, or a group challenge until you earn
that one.These challenges are only against other basic/silver
members so they will not show to other users, or to users who have
already earned an achievement for that challenge type.We are checking to see why a challenge you created may not appear.

It looks like you have already earned both your Personal and Group challenge achievements, so you would need to upgrade to GOLD to play more challenges.

Webman, when these non-payers are playing their challenges are they ad free? Are they allowed to earn any other challenges that are supposed to be exclusive to us paying customers?

It's a free sample of challenges to try it out and see if you like it. Yes, it's ad free, for that one session, and only against other basic/silver members.

Do they play the contests ad free also including but not limited to the 7 star contest?

No, only the one personal/group challenge session is played without ads. All other games and contests have ads unless you upgrade to Silver or Gold.7 cents a day is pretty cheap to get rid of ads though, in my opinion.

The Daily Contest is NOT working. Please help!
