If your account is still Gold:In the top menu, go to HELP > Account Settings and select Billing InformationIf your Gold status has already expired due to an invalid card:Simply upgrade to Gold again using your new card information

If your gold status has already expired due to an invalid card will you lose your points when you upgrade to gold again?

No, you don't lose anything at all. When you upgrade to gold again you'll be right back where you were.
