Yes Lynn, me too...Again! Yesterday I only got it back for about 5 min. then lost it again...Today same thing. I don't think were the only ones either.
Edited to say, I just got it back for 1 game and then lost it on the next game...

No chat here, either. Kinda makes me feel better that I'm not alone. Problem started yesterday.. then today I got one 'blurb' of dialog and then it was gone again. I sent a message via "Help".. hope they reply. If so, I'll share any info I get. Now back to playing...

Here's the reply I got.
"Try clearing your internet browser cache.
Make sure you do not do this from the vp.com website. Close all internet windows, then open one internet window, clear your cache then close and restart your system. Then open a new internet window and type in the website address (www.videopoker.com) and do not use a link from your favorites. Remember, you need to restart your computer after doing this or nothing will be cleared and your problem will remain."
I followed directions and my chat works now.

i have a problem believing that all of us without chat could have fixed it ourselves by clearing our cache.almost sounds like the cable company's "we're fine on this end" excuse.
