does the extra card light up with each hand or is it only lit up with certain dealt hands. At this time it is not opening with all deals--thanks
Extra cards are awarded on specific dealt hand types, which vary based on which game type you are playing.
For example, DDB will issue bonus cards on a dealt:
4K
FH
3K
and 4 to the royal flush.
