Has anyone gone to a Las Vegas casino? I am curious if you can play next to a family member. Did you feel safe.

Regional Sports Surcharge $8.50 every month on our cable bill for that stadium. They also just got hit with a 14K fine from OSHA, and that is a union job to boot.
I live in LV. Yes you can play next to a family member if the adjacent machines are turned on. I do feel safe where I play. I don't play at the strip casinos though. Can't do Dotty's or PTs because of the smoke that permeates the premises that you could probably smell from the moon! Just have to keep your guard up at all times.
You flunked science in high school no doubt...when you repeatedly utter "Chinese virus" you display your hostile ignorance for all to see. Why are so many self proclaimed conservatives unwilling to acknowledge scientific facts about things like the environment being trashed and destroyed by sick selfish "capitalist greed"? You just cannot accept the earth is Everyones home, the impact of fossil fuels, accumulated garbage, and overdeveloping and killing off species is contributing to pandemics like covid19....but mostly this version of the coronavirus, which is constantly mutating trying to survive like ALL viruses, simply found a way to live inside humans, and it apparently happened in wuhan, but that is not definitely true either. Just stop this hateful nonsense and Google viruses...you'll never succeed in trying to deflect or minimize the utter incompetence and criminally irresponsible actions of your president....never going to happen now.notes1 wrote: ↑Sat Jul 11, 2020 8:26 pmbooze and gambling just don't go together, at least not when there is a chinese virus. the more booze, the less folks follow mandates, especially young people. vegas has no one to blame but themselves.
friend of mine goes to the niagara falls casino, which typically is flowing with free drinks. not now, no booze. the casino i visit has a large center bar, but no more hanging around the bar (which one has to pay for). as no one can concregate around bar, the machines at the bar are available to play (with 6-8' of separation).
this is the time for casinos and many other businesses to try and just survive. not to try and get back to old normal. normal will come after vaccine, cure or herd immunity.
