Dumbest promo was the Revel's guarantee of giving players their 100k back in free play if they lost that much. they pulled it pronto.

That's a thing of legends. Sadly, I missed it entirely, although it opened my eyes to the many possibilities that exist.

Since I'm local and the cash back was to be given in 20 weekly increments, I was going to jump on it. I could get down once a week to use my free play. They had dollar and two/five dollar 9/6 JOB and I was going to invest 20k, I figured if I lost the 20k, I could get 1k a week for 20 weeks. It lasted about a week before they pulled it. What a stupid promotion. Giving players a free 100k shot at big jackpots, and if they lost it all, give it back.

That was a massive error ! I heard from some people that the casino reneged on living up to the promo!! Talk about a free roll !!

Yeah, they did. There were also players pulling their cards if they were dealt a good hand, looking to maximize their theoretical losses. Probably gave the casino a good legal reason to pull the promo
