Although I didn't make it over to City Center on my visit a few weeks ago, I was interested to read about the food review of the new CC restaurant in today's LA Times. The link is below if anyone is interested in reading it.

We stopped by Aria on our last trip, and had dinner at SAGE. It was a host comp, thank goodness. I was not that impressed. I did not feel there was much value in the meal, either selection, portion size or taste.

Billy J: I read your post before I went on my trip a few weeks ago and even being there for 4 days, I had no urge to venture over to the City Center. Maybe eventually I'll trek over there but it just seems like a bunch of overpriced (and overhyped) restaurants and a casino with lousy VP.

Yeah, Vidopoker. It is probably worth a tram ride from Bellagio just to go walk through the casino, but I would have a hard time recommending anyone spend a lot at their VP machines. SAGE was the only dining we tried there, so maybe they have some other dining options that are a better value. As I said, it was a host comp, so thankfully, I didn't have to pay for something that I didn't care for, compared to other eateries in Vegas.

You may want to call and confirm before you go there to eat. Two restaurants have cut their hours of operation already and the restaurant at Mandarin Oriental has stopped serving food past 2 pm.

the casino at Lake Las Vegas will close midnight tonight and the Ritz-Carlton will close May 2nd. any and all comps there will be forfeited unless used today. you can see a snipet of this at,

The last trip in NOV to Vegas was disappointing to us. Alot of the bars and resturant type things close at or before 12 a.m. WHAT? I thought we were in Party capital of the world. You can definetly see what this economy is doing to Vegas. Its a shame. But on the flip side, do those hotels really need to be that big?

I know this will sound stupid to those of you that know, but I was on a website looking for the best video poker in Vegas and the reviewer kept saying "Zero full-pay video poker". What does 'full-pay' mean? Don't have time to buy a book. Going to Vegas on Thursday!

At the bottom of this page you will find a number of categories to search. Click on paytables. It will give you a good explanation of paytables and by extention show you the theorectical return for the various paytables for each game. The higest return for each that typically exceeds 99.6% is often referred to as "Full Pay".
Example: 9/6 JOB is considered full pay vs ,say, 8/5 JOB. Hope this answers your question.
