Cab check is a must

I was staying at The Las Vegas Hilton. I was entered in event #53 in the WSOP at the RIO.I got a cab because i was running a little behind.I jumped in and he asked,
"where to?"
"The RIO and I'm running a little late" I said while sweat starts to roll down my neck.
"no problem no problem" he said with his unknown accent
"Hey can u turn on the AC its like 115 degrees out"
which it was."oh so sorry no AC"
WTF? Holy ****
By the time I arrived at the RIO I was soaked.Completely soaked.
I sat down at my table lookin like a tweeked band member.Of course Mike the mouth is at my table and of course he says some **** but i ignored him.
So what i'm getting at is to do a cab check b4 gettin in the cab.Especially when its 115 degrees in Las Vegas.
