Is there a Meet & Greet this year and when is it ?

Sadly, no official Meet and Greet this year.

Has there ever been one?

There were 2, I'm blaming billyjoe for ruining it for the rest of us. If only he hadn't beat webman they wouldn't have been stopped.

Where are the threads to read about them. Meet and greets are a lot of fun. And for those of us that have no idea what you are talking about Tedlark, what did Billyjoe do to Webman?

Billyjoe and webman went head to head, manno e' manno, to the death, winner take all, (or a VP.com hat) video poker challenge and billyjoe won.

They have kept the meet and greets a complete secret from the rest of us; what happens at a meet & greet, stays at the meet & greet. There have been little dribbles over the years but I think all the attendees were sworn to secrecy.

What type of meet and greet is that. The ones I have been to they have a variety of dinners, high limit pulls, group pictures, door prizes, and other stuff. They are definitely not shrouded in secrecy. WTF is that for.

We are going to a m@g next month in NOLA. We are doing a group dinner, a haunted cemetery tour, all you can eat and drink at Pat O'Brians, a Garden District Carriage ride, and a bunch of us are doing a fishing trip. All together there are about 50 of us going.

If they ever have another meet and greet here, as long as I have enough notice, my wife and I would love to attend. It would be nice to meet many of you. Still do not understand why the need for secrecy.

they were never a secret.webman would post the date,there would be a vp tourney and get together with appetizers and drinks.last year,we didn't get enough notice so the turn out was small and because of that there was none this year.

Why is everything bad on this site MY fault ?

In the past, the VP M&G would coincide with the Vegas G2E Conference, which VP.Com folks always attend.

I tried to get Caesars to sponsor an East Coast (AC) and West Coast (Vegas) M&G for the folks on this site. Unfortunately, they view VP.Com as potential 'competition' to their own online WSOP.Com interests, so they declined.
