WynnCore - The best high limit VP in Vegas?

I do not seek to play at the top tier destinations in Vegas (or the "Strip"), but the recent updates on vpFREE for the Wynn and Encore are definitely intriguing even though I do not by any means have the bankroll to play at those stakes.
Wynn and Encore are clearly competing in the high class market compared to Aria+City Center, Palazzo/Venetian, Caesars Palace, Bellagio, and Cosmopolitan. The best game is 9/7 TDB at those places but WynnCore just upped that.
It is about a month old, but the following changes I've seen.
(1) Two New Pay Schedules
NSU Deuces
9/6 Boner Deluxe
On top of
9/7 Triple Double Bonus
9/6 Jacks or Better
25-9-4-4-3-1-1 Bonus Deuces Wild
9/7 Double Bonus
8/5 Bonus Poker
9/6 Double Double Bonus
(2) Two New Stakes
The games are now also available on $50 and $100 denominations, before it was $5, $10, $25.
(3) Also available on Multiplay 3/5/10 line games.
(4) Available on Spin Poker at $1, $2, $5, $10, $25
I saw the disclaimer that those that play those games with successful result will not receive comps and subject to reduced earning point rate on the Red Card casino club. I also heard players with a local zip code are also no-mailed. Was wondering if an out of town player can try playing and see what they get from playing?
