Yeah, I think full pay all American is dead nationwide. It held on in Missouri for quite awhile. I played it in Boonville in 2004 and read it lasted in KC till 2009. Tough game to play well though.

And 100 coin penny, 2c, 5c units at the bar? Interesting.

Emerald Isle advertises itself as the only all penny casino in Nevada. It isn't, as it has a high roller bank of slots that use dimes as the base bet, minimum bet is thirty cents, max is three dollars.
Every other machine you can play for one cent per spin.
